When created a new user and seemed that the subscriber template was working, Conversation style is Standard Conversation, and the new user has the same setting as the template.
However, most of the existing users have the Conversation Style as Alternate Keypad Mapping -N, probably there was a change to the template after most of the users were created.
But the issue is that even though majority users have the Conversation Style as Alternate Keypad Mapping -N, when they access the mailbox, they still get the standard conversation, unless you change some other settings, such as Message Addressing, and make a save, then the Conversation Style setting would start to work.
Any clue to solve this problem will be great appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi -
Could it be that depending on where the subscriber is in the Unity conversation, some of the menu selections are the same (Standard vs. Alt. Key Map N)? For example Main menu option 1 - play message, option 2 - send message, option 4 - setup options are the same -http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_user_guide_chapter09186a0080640539.html#wp1099934

Thanks, Ginger, we will change the conversation style to Standard style using the Bulk Edit Utility tools.

Hi -
Just a caveat - you may want to coordinate this with your other users using the Alternate Keymap N first or leave them as is until you can communicate the change :-)
