Unity 403 status monitor

Unity 403 status monitor, port 3 and port 4 state like this:

state: Taking call

Details: sunscriber sign-in

I could not reset the ports from Unity status monitor, how to fix it?

If the ports are "stuck" it will require a restart to clear it.

Rebooted the unity server, problem solved.
