unity 8.0.2 - the message is not currently available

All of a sudden, no environment changes, all my users are unable to access their voicemails.  Whether dialing into the voicemail pilot or using the PCA - we receive the message... "The message is not currently available". 

For example, I have the MWI light lit on my 7965 phone, I press voicemail button, i'm asked to and enter my PIN #, then I'm told I have 2 voice messages, I press the button it tells me to to play the message (in my case, 7) Once I press 7 the assistant says, "first voice message... the message is not currently available".

 

I'm actually able to delete the message, but not listen to it.  I have rebooted both nodes in my cluster as a troubleshooting step by issuing the utils system restart command from a putty session.  I waited for the first rebooted server to come back online 100% before doing the other.  Still unable to retrieve the messages.  

 

Any ideas on this one?

Hi -

Do you have any down services in Unity Connection Serviceability?  Not all services are started on both servers but one that has to be is the File Syncer.  Make sure is started on both publisher and subscriber.  Hope this helps!  Ginger
