Unity 8.0(3) Qestion

Recently upgraded from Unity 5.0(2).

Getting reports that the following behaviour to be different now and wonder if there is a way to change it back.

Scenario:

UserA(ext1000) signs into their voicemail on UserB(ext2000) phone by hitting the voicemail button, hitting * and signs in, then presses 2 to create and send a message left for UserC(ext3000)

UserC(ext3000) MS Outlook says "Message from UserA(extension2000)"

***This is not UserA correct extension but happens to be the physical phone where the message was created***

BTW -

Configuration - Message Subjects - Subscriber to Subscriber, changed the default to:

%P% Voice Message from %SENDERNAME% (%SENDERID%)
