Unity 8 - Message store wizard failure

I am setting up unity failover (8.0.3) and the install fails @ message store wizard.

It asks for the install and administration account and fails right after i pick the administration account. I am positive that the entered credentials are correct.

Its failing with the error, "Message Store Configuration encountered errors. Return Code -1073741811.

Few hours back, i was able to set-up unity primary with no issues (which is functioning right now).

Anyone know where the install logs will be? And insight please, where to look next?

I hate to rebuild from scratch again
