How can I determine how and when a user account was deleted from Unity? I have looked through the logs under \CommServer\Logs\ but didn't see anything obvious there. Unity version is 4.0(5).

Hi -
Check in the Administrative Access Report in the Reports section of the Unity SA.

As a follow-up to this, I don't see any information in the report that covers a Unity Account deletion due to an Active Directory Account deletion. So, say an admin logs in to the Exchange Server and deletes a user from Active Directory. The Unity Account is also deleted immediately. But I don't see any logging of the transaction in the Event Viewer or in a Unity Admin Report.
Any idea how to see those transactions?
