Hello,
I installed Unity 7.0 at a costumer. It works great.
Now we have the problem that a caller cannot record a message. It is possible to listen to old messages but not to record new messages.
In the eventlog there is an error 1394 CiscoUnity_ConvSub but the system cannot view the description.
The conncted exchange is version 2007.
Do anyone have an idea?
thanks Achim

Is this a single user or ALL users?

Also, does this happen only to external calls? internal calls? both?
You might want to start by running dbwalker and looking for errors.

Hi,
it happens to both internal and external calls and it happens for every user not only for one.
I will test the dbwalkerand tell you the result.
thanks Achim

Personally, the first thing I would do is re-run the Permissions Wizard but you can re-run it in report mode first to verify that nothing has changed that would hosed up any permissions in your environment.
What is the exact error you receive when you try to leave a message?
