Hello all,
I apologize in advance for being so new to this, just trying to get my feet wet and I have been given a task. What I am trying to do is create a number/voicemail box to call where people can leave a message anonymously so the person receiving it cannot tell who left the message.
I have looked at the settings in the translation patterns but cannot see what might do the trick.
It currently is set up as a CTI route point to deliver to a custom mailbox created... any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

On the Translation Pattern that users will dial you set the Calling and Connected Calling Line/Name ID Presentation to Restricted. Then, set the Called Party Transformation Mask to the DN of your CTI Route Point which is CFA to voicemail.

thank you for pushing me in the right direction. It turns out you may have misspoke, but definitely guided me to the right answer! I had to change the mask on the CALLING party, not called.
