Is there a way that when User A calls User B dn and User B greeting plays that User A can press a button to skip the greeting and go directly to leaving a message?
Thanks in advance for your response.

Hey Larry,
You are always welcome here @ CSC
I'm glad you got a chance to try out Bulk Edit....
it is an extremely handy Tool to say the least. I wish all Cisco products
had the thought and great design considerations that have been put into
Unity and CUC over the years.
You have an awesome day as well.
Cheers!

Hi Larry,
On our system, and I believe the default for all Conversations,
the # key is locked to Skip Greeting. Check User>Caller Input
to verify

Cheers!

Thanks for the response Rob!! I went into the User Template and changed at that level. Do I need to change each individual user as well? If so, is there a way to bulk update that setting?

Hi Larry,
You are most welcome!
The change at the Template level will only apply to newly created
users. You could update existing users fairly quickly using the
fine Bulk edit Tool
Cheers!

Thanks for your time and consideration Rob!
I made the change to the template for new users and used the Bulk Edit Utility for the first time to modify existing users. I appreciate you taking time on something that may be so simple, but sometimes those are the best calls to field, lol.
Hope you have an outstanding day, take care!!
