Hello,
Have an issue with Unity Connection 8.0.2.40000-12 in HA setup (2 servers) and there are numerous users set up with notification to go to their pagers via call out from unity. Every 3-4 days this stops working and we need to restart the Unity Notifier service for it to start sending notifications again.
How do we fix this?
We have been working with cisco TAC on this with no progress so far (been 2-3 weeks). We have found these bug id's but they are not viewable on bug toolkit.
bugId = CSCtc32206 -- some users of a valid COS are not receiving transcriptions
bugId = CSCte25885 -- Notifier COS check fails for SMS device
