Unity Connection 8.5, VoiceMail User Profiles and DLs

All,

if I imported users into Connection using a voicemail template and now want to add those same users into a System distribution Lists should I not be able to just add the VM template that I used and that will add all the users in that were created with that template or do I still need to add the users individually?

Is there a report I can run to verify users in a DL?

Hi Angel,

Sadly, changes to User Templates are not applied to existing users only users

that are created after the changes have taken place

Here's a clip;

"Before you create Cisco Unity Connection accounts, review the settings in the templates that you plan to use and determine whether you need to make any changes. Changes to template settings do not affect existing user accounts."
