Unity Connection 8.x greeting record problem

Hi

I'm trying to change the alternate greeting on a call handler, and always get the same error ( "failed to record name").

has anyone seen this error?

Hello,

I would suggest clearing the browser cache. The close and open a new browser and attempt again.
