Unity Connection AA External Dial If No Input

Hello -

I am using UC 8.5.  I have a call handler serving as AA plus a few options.  If the user does not make a selection,

I would like to send the user to a CTI route point (uccx trigger).

Question

1. I cannot seem to find a "after greeting" method to send user to an extension that is not associated with a mailbox.

Create a call handler and set the transfer options to transfer to the CTI RP, on after greeting option from you AA set it to "attempt transfer" to the call handler you created.
