Hello
We would like to modify the caller ID information a user recieves when they get a notification via Email. Currently, the users are recieving the 9 in the caller ID, and yes we are inserting it so our users can return the calls from thier missed or recieved call logs on the phone. unfortunately that has now caused us an issue with the notifations because the 9 is showing up in the email, and the users are complaining that they cannot return the call from thier mobile devices

Any ideas on how to strip that 9 off without redoing the entire dial plan?
