Unity Connection changing SMTP domain

I have some users complaining that when they receive voicemails, it shows up as lastnamefirstname@shuucxn1.sacredheart.edu

The users are trying to reply to the email that contains the voice message. The server guys want me change the SMTP domain to just @sacredheart.edu, without the shuucxn1. Are there any potential repercussions to this? The idea is to allow a user to reply to an email with a voice message and it will go to the user who left the voicemail.

There maybe issues with this and Cisco will not support this configuration. You have two servers routing the same domain and you could run into interesting scenarios.

Take a look here and see if this will help you:

So is it possible to include like a "reply to" address that includes the users' corporate email addresses?
