unity connection classic conversation

                unity connection 8.6, the classic conversation allows a message to be marked private, i have used custom keypad 1 - where can i enable the 'marked private ' option , it does not allow it.     is it possible to view the settings in classic conversation ?...thanks, Jag

Hi Jag,

You can set this on the Edit Message settings page for the users;

Message Settings

Maximum Message Length*	seconds
Callers Can Edit Messages

Language That Callers Hear

Use System Default LanguageInherit Language from  Caller English(United  States)

Message Urgency

Mark Normal

Mark Urgent

Ask Callers

We use a custom conversation as well and this is where it needs to be set You

can use bulk edit to change it for existing users and set on the Template for users

that you are creating as new.
