Unity Connection fails to sync user AXL issue

Hi guys

I recently upgraded CUCM to version 11.0 and left UCNx to version 10.5.

Trying to sync users , i've found that AXL user on UCNx  was no longer connecting to CUCM reporting the "failed to send message to remote AXL server"

Looking at CUCM traces, it seems that cucm receives requests from an AXL client with version 8.x

I'm already aware of the "Removal of 8.x version of AXL (CSCus60569) but this should not be related to my actual UCNx version.

Any clue?

Thanks

Cheers

Carlo

Hi. Just for your info.

Did you try restarting AXL service on both sides?

How about resetting the password on both sides and ensuing the password policy on the application user in CUCM is set not to expire, etc?

Hi Chris.

Yes.. tried everything...

consider that if I upgrade UCNx to 11.0 all works fine but my customer doesn't have ECMU to upgrade to that version :( so I have to roolback to 10.5
