Hi All,
We have a single common mailbox for our call-center use eg ext 8001(mailbox). When agents are unavailable to attend to the callers, callers can press 1 to leave msg --> ext 8001(mailbox).
They will hear
"record your msg at the tone, when u r finish hang up etc.."
There are about 15-20 supervisors on shift that needs to access the mailbox on a daily basis
What is needed from my side to configure the mailbox for that purpose so that multiple supervisors can access to it whenever?

You can also add 8001 as a line appearance on phones, this way the supervisors can easily see MWI on that line and would know when there is a new message.
