Unity connection Greeting

Dear Experts.

i am unable to record greeting when i add it its giving error 

Unable to save recording due to SSL certificate errors

what can i do to make this.

Adding to my previous response you can also try the below workaround as for one off occasion but from a future perspective you should start using ATM for these kind of things that completely eliminates JAVA related issues:

Apart from this, try downgrading the JAVA version to something like 7 update 51 and then in the JAVA control panel, choose the security to the lowest and add Unity Connection web site in the Exception List.

With Java 8, try setting the security to high and put the complete URL that you are using to upload recording in the Exception list. If that does not work, then go for uninstall and reinstall v7 update 51 for JAVA and disable the security and add the URL to exception list and then try.

CUC Greetings Upload "failed to record name"- Java 1.8

Symptom:
Attempting to upload greetings file for user or call handler using the CUC Administration web page.

Java applet loads and can open file, but when hit "save" on page, see error message "failed to record name"

Conditions:

Before hitting "save" on page, use applet to play the file back to phone, as described in supportforums article:
