Solved: Unity Connection license file 7.0 for CNX 2.1

Hi,

End user has unity connection 2.1 and is about to add more more ports. I notice that the license file in for CNX ver 7.0 not 2.1

Would it be any problem if I try to load the new license file?

Hi Filiberto,

I can't see it causing any issues, it will likely just be rejected if not

valid. If it were me I would just contact;

let them know this problem, include the license file and ask them to

re-issue the file for CUC 2.1 instead of 7.x. You will want to give them the

PAK# as well
