Unity Connection Pub DRS

I cant open any of the DRS menus for unity connection pub, they are not greyed out. DRF master and local are running, I have restarted both and reboot server. still no joy

Hi Nkechi,

It looks like there are some issues with your IpSec certificates that are responsible for displaying the DRS menu options.

1. UNity Connection OS Admin-->Security-->Certificate Management
2. Click the ipsec certificate, and then click Regenerate.
3. After the successful regeneration of the ipsec certificate, download the same.
4. Go back to the Certificate Management page.
5. Find all the existing ipsec-trust file entries. Click the file name of the certificate and then click Delete.
6. Upload the downloaded ipsec file with the caption ipsec-trust.

The new Ipsec certificate will not take effect until the DRF Master & Local services are restarted.

  utils service restart Cisco DRF Master

  utils service restart Cisco DRF Local
