Unity Connection SingleInbox and hosted Exchange

I have a customer that is interested in upgrading to Unity Connection 8.5 and would like to configure SingleInbox. The only issue is that they have a Microsoft hosted (Cloud based) Exchange environment. Can SingleInbox be deployed with a hosted Exchange environment? I have not seen any documentation.

Hi,

You're correct, it's not in the documentation.  For Unity, hosted Exchange environments were not supported.  As far as UC, I would engage the account team to have them track down official supportability.  Either that, or open a TAC case and we can try and find out, but my assumption here is that it's not currently supported.

Thanks for the info. That seems to be consensus. I may open a TAC case.
