Unity connection upgrade 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 issue

Hello,

i am trying do an upgrade in fresh installation from CUC 10.5.1 to 10.5.2. when a finished the upgrade and try to "switch" to new versión the system never comes up with new version, i don´t see any error..

 

Have i installed a cop file o semething like that before?

Hi,

can u share output of show cuc version and show version active?also, the exact version which u are upgrading to.

 

I was referring the upgrade guide which talks about Service Update.

Unity Connection switch verison fail to 10.5.2

Switch-version Failing with error in switch-version.log:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt/cisco/connection/lib/config-modules/dbscripts/defaultdata/receipttext*

Switch-version Failing with error in switch-version.log:

Symptom:
Switch-version Failing with error in switch-version.log:

Conditions:
Unity Connection switch version from 10.x to 10.5.2 when locale are already installed on 10.x
