HI Everyone,

Hope you folks are in good spritis!

I have a question for you please:

Trying to Import User (LDAP) with Helpdesk and User Administrator Roles
and getting the following:
ERROR importing user (xuwei) : User is not authorized to perform the requested operation.

Hi Vishal,

The user would need to have System Administrator Role designated

Step 1 Log on to Cisco Unity Connection Administration as a user that has the System Administrator role.
