When calling into Unity Connection via TUI, we record a new name for recorded name on a voicemail box. We confirm the changes, then hang up. However changes do not take affect and the recorded name is still system default.
Any Ideas?

Issue in my situation was because the user was also a "greetings administrator." We removed that role from the users in question and the issue was resolved.

Ive found it to only be with AD users, local doesnt have the issue. Still no solution.

We had this problem occur twice in the last 2 weeks, and after seeing Ryan's response (thank you!), I found that both users had the GA role. After removing that role, the new recorded names were successfully saved.
It's not a permanent fix, but certainly an effective work-around.
