The call manager is integrated with unity connection.here the ip phone is getting the voicemail and also MWI is working.but cannot hear the voicemail after login through the phone message button.Its going to to a greeting(System call handler)what should be enabled to hear the voicemail?

The default direct routing rules in priority order are Attempt SignIn (1) and Opening Greeting (2). Attempt SignIn sends callers to the "Attempt Sign In" conversation.

Call routing rule is set.
here it is set send call to opening greeting.so its directing to opening greeting.what should i set there to here the voicemail?
