Unity Express late message delivery

Hi,

We've been experiencing some infrequent issues with CUE 2.3 (CME 4.1 and IOS 12.4(15)T1) where voice mail message indicators aren't being updated as soon as the message is delivered.  Sometimes the message notification isn't activated until a day later. We're using the SIP outcalling MWI notification mechanism via two extensions to activate/decactive the MWI light on the phones.

Whenever this occurs we've been reloading the router as a temporary fix.  Any ideas?

Hi Jay,

If you sure your MWI config's on the CME and CUE looks good you will have to upgrade the IOS, CME files and CUE.

This is a very interesting job this... If I was you, this is what I would have done from the Start!!

After upgrade you will find everything work perfect.

If you want me to look at the configs please send me a "sho tec" of the CME and CUE?

Thanks for the info!  I'm assuming this is a bug.  I am looking into a SmartNet contract for support and to obtain the CME and CUE files. I'm assuming they can't be downloaded for free like the IOS.
