Hi,
We are facing issue with the unity express module. Users are unable to retrive voice messages from ip phone after they enter PIN.
After user enters the PIN for the first time, again IP Phone asks to enter PIN.
Finally the message comes " I didn't hear from you ". We have already tried rebooting the module and changing the PIN but the problem is still there.
This problem we are facing for all the voice mail users.
