Is there a way to limit a person from transferring to a Call Handler or extension after they leave a message for a subscriber? I can limit the "caller input" during a greeting but I can seem to find a way to limit them after leaving a message. I have set the message action to "GoodBye" after the message, but I still hear the prompt "if you like to try an extension you may do so now" and then it say GoodBye and hangs up. Thanks!

Rob,
That definitely led me in the right direction. Since this is the actual "Greeting" on the Goodbye Call Handler, you can simply "uncheck" allow call input during Greeting. Now users wont be able to transfer off the system after a message is left.
I would probably also just change the greeting to say goodbye.
Thanks!
