Can Unity drill down in a voice message to see if there is any other message types? For example, if someone forwards you a voice message using Viewmail and includes text, then when the subscriber calls in to retrieve voicemail will Unity alert the subscriber the voice message has text?
Thanks!!

If there are other types than the "primary" type (i.e. the last thing to be done with a message), the voice interface will simply note that there are additional attachments - you can't explore them over the phone interface. This is done so you don't accidentally delete a message that may have other parts to it from over the phone.

Jeff,
Is there something that I might be missing in the conversation config. They are claiming that they do not receive the "additional attachments" notification. This is Unity 4.2 SIP Integration with Siemens.

Just a quick clarification, they receive that note when there is an actual attachment, but not when someone includes text at the bottom of the viewmail form.
