Unity - Name in body of html notification

I was wondering if it's possible to have a first / last name shown in an html notification when a voicemail comes in. There's the %SENDER_ALIAS% variable but that just displays the account's user ID. There's %CALLER_ID% but that displays the digits. The full name comes in on the subject but I couldn't find the variable that's tied to.

I looked at custom variables but I'm not sure how to tie one to an AD field.

in last 3 month, i has this issue on 2 projects of mine, and what i realized is this >>

"Custom Variable" is only an static parameter which you defined it's value & exactly use that value on your HTML body.. and it's not possible to refer & tied it to an external value, e.g. AD vale..

also about name, try this >> %NAME% 
and see it what's happens..
