Moved mailbox to an Exchange2003 server and now I get the following voice msg after login in via the phone:

New messages. This system is temporarily unable to complete your call. Call again later. Good bye.

The first error there is the only one that matters - the rest are down hill from that. It looks like the MAPI initalization fails when trying to open the mailbox which means we can't get at your messages which causes the rest of the down stream errors.
Armed with the info here, though, I can't really speculate why it would be failing - diags are going to be necessary - TAC would be your best stop at this point since this can be any number of issues here...

We ran into a similar issue when some infrastructure changes had been made and mailboxes were migrated to another server - messages were received in the Outlook mailbox but could not be played back over the phone. (Our subscribers also heard the "Your messages are not available now" failsafe conversation.)
It was resolved by running DOHPropTest from the Cisco Unity Tools Depot - went into the AD Monitor and the GC monitor and forced a Total Resync. (Cisco recommends doing this during off-peak hours, since the process is CPU intensive.)

Did you ever get this fixed? Iam running into the same issue.
Thanks

Hi,
Fixed problem today. Only some users we're affected this way, narrowed it down to a specific exchange box in the cluster that was not granting unity rights, all others were and working correctly.
There wass a domain account that has been specifically assigned rights to each storage group, namely :
Account = UnityMsgStoreSvc (default)
Rights :
View Information Store Status
Administer Information Store
Receive As
Send As
I have replicated this config to the offending exchange box.
Hope this helps.

We're having the same problem today. I tried forced a Total Resync of the AD Monitor and the GC monitor, but that didn't correct the issue.
This is a single box soultion (Unity server runs Unity, DC/GC and Exchange 2000).
