I have a Unity PCA problem that I am hoping someone can help with. Our Unity server and exchange server are setup in domain A and Users are setup in Domain B. When setting up an email/unity account it uses an account in Domain A, which is disabled after creation. There is a trust relationship between Domain A and Domain B. Also the user IDs are setup the same in both domains.
Our original email system was setup by a prior administrator that has left.
Thanks,
Doug

Hi Doug,
I know of a production environment with a similar setup. However, the AD accounts in both domains are enabled/active.
I'm not sure I'm 100% clear on what the problem is, but if the disabled account doesn't have to be disabled, perhaps you could enable the account. Or, as a test, perhaps you could just enable one account to see if that rectifies the problem.
This link has some more about PCA/client access and speaks to (at least part of) your situation: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a008011881f.html
I hope this helps.

Hi -
What about running the GrantUnityAccess utility? You could associate the user in Domain B with the Subscriber in Domain A.
