Hi,
If we need to monitor if the voice mail ports are registered with callmanager during operation, what we should do? Or Is there a MIB or something to enable to manage whether ports are registered between Unity and CCM and any other need?
Thanks,
JJ

Hi JJ -
On CallManager 4.0 systems, you can scan for Features - Voice Mail - Cisco Voicemail Ports. Click on the Find button. For all ports listed, all ports that have an IP address are currently registered with Call Manager.
Best regards.

Thanks Ginger, we know we can find if the voice ports are registered from Callmanager. But we would like to monitor the ports registration status via something like MIB, so that we can get the alarm if the ports are unregistered.
Any information?
Thanks

Hello -
Here is a guide for CCM 4.1 - but there are also similar links to CCM 3.3 and 4.0 available - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00802df094.html#wp1029083
Perhaps this will include what you are looking for ... There may be something similar on the Unity side, but we are not currently doing this.
Sincerely,
Ginger
