I ran through the doc that explains the type of reports that Unity gives and I have a customer who wants a report for the last logon attempt done through the phone, now I know that some people may check through exchange but the customer is coming to close to using up the licenses for VM accounts and wants to find out if some people are not using VM accounts and have them removed, this is large customer so they have some VM accounts which were made to begin with but may have to be removed if they are not used often, none of the reports seemed to have the last logon information
Thanks

I can't think of a report you can run, but you can do a Subscriber Information Dump.
It should be under Start\Programs\Unity. You can tick which options you want, lastname, 1stname, alias, and extention are all good. If you scroll down the options there is a Set for 1st Time Enrollment option. Tick this aswell.
This'll trawl through the dbase & dump out a csv file. You'll see a 1 next to users in the Set for 1st Time Enrollment column who have never enrolled.
Chase these ones up & delete if necessary. This is also good if you do a new install to check who has logged on or not & go out & 'train' those users.
I hope this helps.

In addition Subscriber Information Dump has a "last log in time" as well - this will tell you the date/time the user last logged into their mailbox over the phone. This is probably close to what you're looking for.

Thanks guys I just tried this out, I could not find a "last login time" the one that I found similar to it was "Time of last call" is this the same one that you are talking about,I did find the"set for first time enrollment" though thanks this does help me quite a lot

yep - "time of last call" is the one. That's the last time the subscriber logged in over the phone into their mailbox.
