Unity 4.0(3) SR1, integrated with CCM 3.3(3)sr4a, Exchange 2000 off-box, Unity-CM TSP 7.0(4).
I keep getting the following warning in the Unity event log:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: CiscoUnity_ConvSubscriber
Event Category: Error
Event ID: 147
Date: 2004/11/08
Time: 17:23:13
User: N/A
Computer: UNITY
Description:
Unable to get to new messages after having played the stack once. After playing of the stack, Unity checks for any new messages that were delivered while the stack was being listened to. For detailed diagnosis, turn on all the Subscriber Conversation diagnostics and look for errors. GetNextMessage Procedure returned [0x80004005] on line 1094 of file H:\views\ESB1_view\un_Conv1\AvConvSubscriber\AvConvSubMsgStackSvr\AvSPlayMessageStack.cpp.

I get the gist of the message; it couldn't go back and see if any new messages came in while the user was going through his/her messages. But I don't know why it's happening.
Is this indicitive of a more serious problem? Are there any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this, e.g. traces I can turn on? I just upgraded the TSP from 7.0(3) to 7.0(4) last Tuesday - could that have caused this?
These messages appear usually once a day, at random times. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Does this happen for the subscriber every time? Does the COS for the subscriber have TTS enabled but no TTS engine was installed with Unity? If so you might be seeing CSCec88470 which is corrected in 4.0(4).
If that isn't the case I would probably turn on the Call Flow macro trace and the AlCommon 10 and Malex 10, 11, 12 micros in the Unity Diagnostic Tool. If you can make it happen again and pull the latest AvCsMgr trace and post it I can take a look.
Thanks,
Keith

No, it doesn't happen every time, which is why it's so puzzling.
I have checked the COS; TTS is not enabled. We do not have a TTS engine installed.
I have turned on the traces, and when it happens again, I will post them here.
Thanks for you help -
