Unity upgrade from 4.0(2) to Unity Connection 2.x

Hello All,

I have an old Unity 4.0.(2) and I'm going to try and upgrade to Unity Connection 2.x

We bought the "UNITYCN2-VUP-K9" upgrade bundle.

Is there a direct path to Unity Connection 2.x via COBRAS or do I need to upgrade to Unity 4.0 (5).

If thats the case is I have not been able to find a document on the 4.0(5) upgrade from 4.0.(2).

I'm in the process of requesting a 4.0(5) CD from Cisco PUT.

I am reading this 6 years too late?

Why would you use UCXN 2.0? We are on 9.1 now...

COBRAS export works on Unity 4.0.3 and newer, so you would need to get it up to at least that level. Also, 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 exports can only be imported into UCXN 7+.

Chris I read it wrong, the SKU number I provided was an upgrade from unity 4.x or unity connection 2 to 8.x
