Unity - Voicemail Forward to AD Disturbution List

Hi,

We created as a local user in Unity and unable to forward the voicemail to an Active Directory disturbution list.  Is this possible and if so can someone provide the documentation for the procedures.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you mean a Message Action of Relay, not Single Inbox, this is an email admin question. CUC just sends an email to the SMTP smart host, unaware of whether the email address is a mailbox or distribution list. Many email platforms only allow emails to a DL from authenticated users by default. CUC is performing unauthenticated SMTP relay.
