All,
I am receiving the following error when updating an existing Unity Subsciber:
"The new class of serivce,{Default Subscriber}, has insufficient licenses. Reverting to previously saved class of service."
I understand I am MAX'd out on my Subsciber Mailbox licenses, however I am trying to make a change on an exisiting one and it is not letting me. Does this mean I need to delete even though I should not need to?

Sounds like you're hitting this bug: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCef06005&Submit=Search
it's marked as fixed in the upcoming 4.0(5) release. But for the moment it does sound like you'll have to delete a user.
If you haven't removed the Example Administrator account you can replace that acocunt with a "live" user and then delete it - it's just parking on a license you don't need it to be. It's used as the default owner/recipeint for some objects you'll have to take care of - using the Delete Subscriber function in the Global Subscriber Manager makes the process a bit easier as it'll find all the dependencies on users and patch them up for you automatically.
