Hi Hassan,
Please check the following guides to understand the complete process:

Yes, the licenses will need to be migrated to PLM, contact licensing@cisco.com for assistance.

The link for the first document doesn't appear to be working. Can you provide an updated link for the CUCM compatibility matrix document?

All CUCM docs, including compatibility matrix like those, are here:

Hi Ahmed,
You can use Prime Collaboration Deployment ( PCD ) to migrate CUCM 9.x from existing ESXi host to 11.x on new host without worrying about the backup / restore thing

Hi all,
i read OVA readme for CUCM 11.0 i got this :
"Note, do not attempt to change the number of disks or disk size."
but when i read upgrade guides for cucm 11 i got instruction to edit vDisk size if i need more space
please help me information about this, before i do upgrade
thanks
Ahmed

Hi Ahmed,
As far as I know the info in the OVA readme file is correct since editing the vDisk is not supported and requires a rebuild of the server.

Yes, and that's correct, the OVA is meant for a FRESH installation, and you're not supposed to change anything, don't confuse things here, that note is not for an upgrade scenario.
During the upgrade, yes, you might need to adjust the vDisk size if required.
The only thing in common, is that you should never add more vDisks, or remove vDisks from our VMs.
