upgrade ccm 4.1 to cucm 8.5

Hi All,

We are planning to upgrade our CCM server 4.1 to CUCM latest version (8.5 or 8.6), We already have few 7912,7940,7960,7911,7902,7905,7942, ATA 187 & ATA  188 phones available and all are device licenses.

i need  few clarifications

1. Can i retain all the device licenses or we need to upgrade the device license to user license.

2. All the existing phones will be compatible with the new CUCM 8.5

3. What type of OS used in CUCM 8.5

1. All the DLU will be ported. UCL is still DLU in the backend
