upgrade Cisco Unity CUC from 11.5 to 12.5 failed

Hi, upgrade Cisco Unity CUC from 11.5 to 12.5 failed with below error even we are upgrading on UCS cisco server, existing CUC 11.5 has 2 VCPU, 6GB RAM and 200 GB as per OVA.

I think, the server hardware shouldn't be a problem.

I have UC system with version 14 running on a M3 server.

What is your ESXi version?

Have you done the per-requsite changes to the VM as outlined in the upgrade guide and/or release notes?
From the upgrade guide these are the steps/checks that you need to complete before the upgrade.
