Hello! We are currently making preparations to upgrade our Cisco communication systems from our current version of 11.0 to the following stable release of 11.5.
Our systems listing is as follows:
* Cisco Unified Communications Manager
* Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service
* Cisco Unity Connection
* Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
* Cisco MediaSense (EOS)
* Cisco Finesse
* Cisco Prime License Manager
My manager has stated a preference for performing these upgrade operations through the CLI of each system, rather than the GUI. I have tried to find documentation on how to do the upgrades through the CLI, but I have not had any luck.
Does anyone out there know of any such thing? I would take just about anything at this point, be it actual Cisco documentation or a YouTube video from a reputable creator.
