upgrade unity 7.0 to unity connection 8.6

now I am processing to upgrade unity 7.0 to unity connection 8.6, but i don't know, what is the first step to start, I haven't clear plain to upgrade and migration,

can help me what is the steps to do it

Rob gave you the primary goods above.  You will want to use COBRAS to do this migration.  So really the first step is to get familiar with the documentation Rob provided and read up on the migration tools here:
