1. Can the Call Recording solution of Verint and Qfiniti be integrated with CUCM8.0?
2. Can the Call Recording solution of Verint and Qfiniti be integrated with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise Solution ?

I believe that Verint is listed as a Cisco Technology Developer Partner against CUCM 7.x:
I haven't been able to find any information about either having passed any testing on CUCM 8.0.

So far we haven't been able to get Verint to work on CUCM 8.0. The vendor hasn't been much help either it has been 4 weeks now and calls still are not recording..

The version of Qfiniti that was available back in 2010 was certified on CUCM 7.x using Passive SPAN logging and call recording utilizing Cisco Built-in-Bridge. Knowing what we know now , that version would also work with CUCM 8.0 as long as sRTP was not being utilized.
Today (2014), the HP Qfiniti 10.2 product supports sRTP and CUCM 10 using the Cisco Built-in-Bridge call recording interface. We also support call recording using Passive SPAN logging, through sRTP is not supported in that call recording interface.
