Visualizing Native Queue Status

Hi,

is there any way to fetch/display the status of a native queue (CUCM 11) when not being part of the queue and not having to startup/use RTMT?

UCCX/UCCE is also not an option atm.

 

I know I can display the status (waiting callers and longest time) of my own queues on my phone, but not queues I'm not a member off.

 

It might be an external software, a sql query, ....

 

I want to display the queue status to a TL, so he can add more resources if needed.

 

If you know something, please tell me.

I don't think that you can achieve this without an external software. We're using some Israeli development called Pamaya CallWatchPro, it's a software that integrates with AXL to your CUCM, and also based on CTI knows to sample a CTI Route Point which is directed to the Hunt Pilot number, and based on CDR files it also fetches from CUCM constantly it can give you historical data of your queues.

I just checked the website of CallWatchPro and it does way more than we need.
But it looks like it's doable somehow.
