After setting up a voice enabled directory handler, when you call it and give the persons name, it does not transfer back to cucm to that persons extension. It just drops the caller to that persons VM box. My ports are enabled to make out bound calls. I do not see where you can release to switch like you can from a normal call handler. Shouldn't this work? I'm I missing something

Hi Jeff,
This is controlled by this user setting;
Transfer Calls To: | |
On the User> edit> Transfer rules
You can set this on the User template for future users and use Bulk edit
to change for existing users
