I am running Unity 4.0(5). I am licensed for unified messaging on all ports and that is how the subscribers where built. My question is what is the easiest way to make some subscribers voice mail only if they do not want to receive messages in their inbox. Thanks

You can setup a separate account for voicemail. For example, if John Doe has a user account jdoe that is used for email, you could setup jdoe-vm for voicemail.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Thanks, is there anyway to do this without creating additonal e-mail accounts.

no - each Unity mailbox must be linked to an AD user's mailbox (Unity uses Exchange/Domino mailboxes for storage - we don't "sync" from a private store). As such if you want user that have emaial and voice mail in seperate mailboxes it will require two different accounts in AD.

I see it is now supoported with Unity 4.2 in large Exchange 1500+ mailbox environment. Is it also supported to have mixed mode VM/UM licensing with large Lotus deployment in Unity 4.2?
