Voicemail options, zero out number

Hi,

Is it possible to edit the system script that selects the voicemail options.

i am looking to greet the caller with this,

Hi Scott is away from his desk, to leave a message press 1, to return to reception press 0. Then if the caller stays on the line they get the operator.

no need to edit any scripts or the like - you can just configure subscribers to have the after greeting action be "send caller to" the operator, have 0 go to the operator (which is default anyway) and have the "1" key mapped to take a message - folks (or you) will of course have to record the greetings for users to voice this to outside callers.

this can be changed on a per user basis in the SA on the user input page or you can change it for large groups of users with BulkEdit (found in the Tools Depot on your desktop). You can also configure the subscriber templates on your system to be configured this way such that new users are already configured for this.
