Hello all,

I have a problem when I try to import a cert with the command:

I tried used this command on a virtual Cisco CSR100V Cisco IOS Software [Gibraltar], Virtual XE Software (X86_64_LINUX_IOSD-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 16.12.5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3) for deploy a webex calling local gateway.

This is the output:

% Error: failed to open file.

% No certificates imported from http://www.cisco.com/security/pki/trs/ios_core.p7b.

anyone knmows what is the problem in this case?

Thanks!!!

Click on the link http://www.cisco.com/security/pki/trs/ios_core.p7b to download the cert file.

Then upload this cert file to the flash of the router.

You should be able to import the certs with the command crypto pki trustpool import clean url flash:ios_core.p7b

You should see the following output, when doing show crypto pki trustpool | include DigiCert

show crypto pki trustpool | include DigiCert
cn=DigiCert Global Root CA o=DigiCert Inc cn=DigiCert Global Root CA o=DigiCert Inc

Is your CUBE able to resolve "cisco.com"?

Has your CUBE access to internet?

If no, then just download the certs and add it manually.
